Terms of Service
Buyer-configurable transfer template — not legal advice. Before accepting live payments, the operator must obtain legal review and add its legal entity, contact details, governing law, refund policy, consumer rights, liability terms, and effective date.
Service
AppScreensKit provides browser-based tools for composing and exporting store-listing images. Presets describe output dimensions only and do not guarantee acceptance, ranking, or approval by Apple, Google, or another marketplace.
Your account and content
You are responsible for account activity and for keeping your password, account credentials, and sessions secure. You retain ownership of uploaded screenshots and copy and grant the operator the limited rights needed to store and process them for the service. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights and that exported assets accurately represent your application.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid access renews through Stripe according to the selected price until canceled. The customer portal provides cancellation and payment-method controls. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If verified paid status ends or payment fails, projects remain available while export capabilities return to Free restrictions.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive content; attempt unauthorized access; bypass usage or billing controls; or use automated activity that materially degrades the service.
Availability and termination
The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may restrict accounts that breach these terms or threaten service security. Reasonable notice should be provided when practical. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion subject to required record retention.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. The operator does not warrant marketplace approval or uninterrupted availability. Any liability cap, warranty exclusions, dispute process, governing law, refund rights, and consumer protections must be completed by the operator for its jurisdiction before accepting live payments.
